Earth to Plate – Fall in Love with Vegan

Last night was the Vegan cooking experience with Nathalie Larsen at Ginger & Lime food studio. The quality of the course and of the food was superb.

As nervous as Nathalie, who is new to demo style workshops, said she was, it was not evident at all. She spoke confidently about her dishes, how superfoods have crept into her life and how her box full of healthy sprouts and pickles follows her wherever she goes – and she is proud of it! Nathalie’s passion and true love for being well in general is conveyed with no judgement for anyone else’s lifestyle, with her facts and fascination for food she gently nudges you into a safe space where you feel confident to try a new world.

Being Vegan is a lifestyle, it’s not a video montage in a movie that takes 0-58 seconds to happen, change must be gradual and a passion to feel better and live better are important cogs in this way of life. I recommend to anyone, be you a meat eater, an inquisitive vegetarian or just someone who loves experimenting with world of food to take Nathalie’s next workshop.
